Make Christmas evenings jolly good with a delicious Big Chicken Co. Steamed Chicken Fillets burger topped with Camembert cheese, streaky bacon and sweet cranberry chutney on a bed of spinach

Big Chicken Co. Steamed Chicken Fillets
Deli Delicious Brioche Bun
Mayo
Fresh spinach
Streaky bacon
Camembert cheese
Cranberry chutney

what to do

Toast the Deli Delicious Brioche bun lightly.
Cook burger as per pack instructions.
Layer the mayo.
Bed the spinach.
Add the Big Chicken Co. Steamed Chicken Fillets.
Place thin slices of camembert on top.
Top with streaky bacon from the frying pan.
Add a dollop of sweet cranberry chutney to finish.
