Cooking Time + Instructions
To Deep Fry from Frozen:

Pre-heat the oil to 180?C/350?F and place the Breaded Chicken Goujons into the oil. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Drain and Serve.

To Combi Oven Cook:

Pre-heat oven to 190°C/375°F on a dry heat setting. Place Big Al’s Breaded Chicken Goujons in a flat baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 12-14 minutes. Turning half way through cooking.

Ensure product is piping hot before serving.
