- Professional chef since 2007 with experience in many kitchens around the world, from steakhouses to Michelin-starred restaurants.
- Began his Culinary NPD career in 2014.
- Moved to Kepak in 2021 and identified a gap for a culinary division within Kepak, which he has spearheaded ever since.
SEAMUS McCONAUGHY
- 15+ years experience in bars, restaurants & fast food.
- Has classical french training and completed his culinary degree in 2012
- Learned the art of live fire cooking in a BBQ restaurant in America

JOHN BAILEY
- Qualified as a professional chef in 2013 and started his career in 5-star resorts in Cork, Ireland.
- Travelled the world learning ingredients and flavours, and has worked in a 3-Michelin-Star restaurant.
