- 5g sliced spring onion
- 30g siracha honey

Cooking Instructions
Big Al’s Chicken Chunks
Oven: Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/350°F. Place the Chicken Chunks on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 15 minutes.
Fryer: Pre-heat the oil to 160°C/320°F and cook the Chicken Chunks in the oil and fry for 4-5 minutes.
Big Al’s Breaded Chicken Goujons
Oven: Pre-heat the oven to 190˚C/375˚F. Place the goujons on a flat baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 12-14 minutes turning half way through.
Fryer: Pre-heat the oil to 180˚C/350˚F and cook the goujons for 4-5 minutes. Drain and Serve.
Big Al’s Poppin Chicken
Oven: Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/400°F and cook for 12-15 minutes. Ensure product is piping hot before serving.
Fryer: Pre-heat oil to 180°C/350˚F and cook for 2.5-3 minutes. Ensure product is piping hot before serving.
