Korean BBQ Goujons
Big Al’s Breaded Chicken Goujons
- 30g Korean BBQ
- 5g sliced spring onion or 5g sesame seeds
Bring the taste of the South, to your customers mouths!
Oven: Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F. Place the goujons on a non-stick baking tray. Cook in the centre of the oven for 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven and serve. Cook product to a core temperature of 75°C.
Fryer: Preheat oil to 180°C/360°F. Carefully place goujons into the preheated oil and cook for 3-5 mins. Drain and serve. Cook product to a core temperature of 75°C.
