  1. Cook Big Al’s Battered Goujons according to pack instructions.
  2. Toast the bread and place the chicken on top.
  3. Layer with bacon,  smother in BBQ sauce and melted cheese.
  4. Sandwich together with another slice of toasted bread.

Cooking Instructions

Oven: Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F. Place the goujons on a non-stick baking tray. Cook in the centre of the oven for 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven and serve. Cook product to a core temperature of 75°C.

Fryer: Preheat oil to 180°C/360°F. Carefully place goujons into the preheated oil and cook for 3-5 mins. Drain and serve. Cook product to a core temperature of 75°C.
