Quinoa
Spinach
Sliced yellow pepper
Sliced carrot
Beetroot
Chickpeas

what to do

Pre-heat oven to 200°C/390°F/Gas mark 6.
Place the Big Al’s Breaded Chicken Goujons onto a flat baking tray and cook for 12 to 14 minutes.
Create a base with spinach onto a bowl.
Chop yellow pepper, carrots, and beetroot.
Place the chicken goujons into a bowl together with the quinoa, chickpeas.
Add the vegetables.
Lastly, apply the garlic mayo sauces.
