Big Al’s Southern Fried Chicken Fillets are made using the finest of ingredients. Every fillet starts with 100% chicken breast to ensure they are moist and tender. Deep Fry: Pre heat oil until 180ºC. Place products from frozen and fry for 5-6 minutes. Drain and serve
Combi Oven: Place Fillets on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 dry setting, for 25-30 minutes. Ensure product is piping hot before serving.
