  1. Cook the Big Al’s Crispy Shredded Chicken as per instructions below.
  2. Cook bacon as per cooking instructions until crispy and slice into bite sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl add iceberg lettuce, croutons, crispy bacon and the crispy shredded chicken..
  4. Grate some parmesan cheese and drizzle some caeser dressing on top.

Cooking Instructions

Oven: Preheat oven to 200°C, place the chicken on a baking tray and cook for 10 minutes. Ensure product is piping hot before serving.

Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil to 170°C and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Ensure product is piping hot before serving.
