  1. Cook up your fries.
  2. Cook Big Al’s Poppin’ Chicken using the cooking instructions below.
  3. Ensure the Big Al’s Poppin Chicken is piping hot before serving.
  4. Toss Big Al’s Poppin’ Chicken in buffalo hot sauce.
  5. Place the fries in the take-out box to form a base, then top with the Buffalo tossed Poppin’ Chicken.
  6. To Finish off, drizzle garlic mayo over the chicken and serve

Cooking Instructions

Oven: Place product on a baking tray and place in a pre-heated oven (200°C/400°F) and cook for 12-15 minutes. Ensure product is piping hot before serving.

Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil to 180°C and cook for 2.5 to 3 minutes. Ensure product is piping hot before serving.
