  1. Place Big Al’s Hereford Burger on a hot plate or skillet for 8.5-10.5 mins or until a core temperature of 75°C is reached.
  2. Toast the brioche bun and layer the bottom bun with masala sauce and spinach
  3. Place the cooked patty on top of the masala sauce.
  4. Top with a crisp flat onion bhaji and generously drizzle with sweet mango chutney.

Create our signature Masala sauce:

  1. In a bowl mix natural yoghurt and masala curry paste.
  2. Finely chop onion, tomato, red chilli, and coriander and add to the yoghurt mix.
  3. Season to taste with salt and lemon juice.
