The Sun-Kissed stack is here! With our juicy Prime Burger patty, shredded lettuce, pickles, fresh tomato, crumbled feta cheese, sliced red onion, crispy bacon and harissa mayo to spice it up for Summer!

what to do

  1. Heat the hotplate to 180oC(dial on medium heat )
  2. Shred the lettuce thinly.
  3. Mix 10 g of harissa paste with 50g of mayo and mix with juice of half a lemon and set aside.
  4. Cook smoked streaky bacon and reserve for build.
  5. Slice tomatoes and thinly slice red onion and set to one side.
  6. Open feta and drain liquid and crumble and set to one side.
  7. Drain pickle slices into a container.
  8. Cook the prime burger by placing it on the hotplate making sure all of the underside of the burger is in contact with the surface of the grill. This will ensure even colouration and cooking.
  9. Flip over after 3mins onto the other side and cook for 2.5mins.
  10. Toast the brioche bun.
  11. To build the burger spread the mayo on both buns, place the pickles on the base, then the shredded lettuce and tomato and top with the burger.
  12. Place the bacon on next, followed by the crumbled feta and finished with the sliced red onion.
