what you'll need

  • Big Al’s Black Angus Burger
  • 2 slices Back Bacon
  • 1 Beer Batter Onion Ring
  • 10g Gem Lettuce
  • 1 slice Beef tomato
  • 15g Mayonnaise
  • 1 slice Cheddar
  • 1 Brioche Bun

what to do

  1. Cook patty as per packaging.
  2. Cook bacon on baking parchment in oven for 20 minutes until it gets a nice colour.
  3. Toast the Burger bun.
  4. Cook the onion ring as per packaging.
  5. Spread the Mayonnaise evenly on bottom buns and relish on top bun.
  6. Add tomato then the lettuce to the Bottom bun.
  7. At the last minute of cooking, place the cheddar on the patty to melt it, and place the patty on the lettuce.
  8. Top the patty with bacon and the onion ring, and add top bun.
