Lean but mean, our super tasty Big Al’s Philly steak sliced over crusty ciabatta, topped with grilled peppers and onions and covered in cheddar cheese

  1. Warm the Deli Delicious Large Ciabatta lightly.
  2. Cook Big Al’s Philly steak as follows: Pre-heat hotplate to 190°C and add some oil. Place the Philly Steak on the oil. Cook for 4-5 mins
  3. Grill the mixed peppers and the onions.
  4. Place steak in the ciabatta.
  5. Top with grilled peppers and onions.
  6. Melt the cheese on top.
