  1. Warm brioche bun on the griddle.
  2. Layer the mayo on the bun.
  3. Cook as follows: Place the burger on a preheated hotplate/skillet cook for 3-5 mins on the first side, then 3 mins on the second side OR until a core temperature of 75°C is reached.
  4. Place Prime Burger onto the bun.
  5. Dollop some BBQ sauce.
  6. Top with crispy battered onion rings.
