what you'll need

Big Al's Prime Burger
Brioche Bun
Mayo
Crunchy Lettuce
Smokey BBQ sauce
Crispy battered onions rings

what to do

Warm brioche bun on the griddle.
Layer the mayo on the bun.
Cook as follows: Place the burger on a preheated hotplate/skillet cook for 3-5 mins on the first side, then 3 mins on the second side OR until a core temperature of 75°C is reached.
Place Prime Burger onto the bun.
Dollop some BBQ sauce.
Top with crispy battered onion rings.
