what to do

Cook rice as per packaging instructions
Cook the Big Al’s Deli Range Breaded Chicken Fillet as follows: Deep Fry at 180° for 6.5 – 7.5mins. or Oven Cook at 190° for 20 – 22 mins.
Slice the chicken fillet and at it to a bowl of rice.
Pour an indulgent layer of truffle mayo on top.
Grate your Italian cheese over the finished product.
