  2. Once cooked, put into a pot and top with salt and pepper Chinese spice seasoning, garlic and fried onion.
  3. Garnish with fresh spring onion.

Cooking Instructions

Oven: Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/350°F. Place the Chicken Chunks on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 15 minutes.

Fryer: Pre-heat the oil to 160°C/320°F and cook the Chicken Chunks in the oil and fry for 4-5 minutes.
