  1. Cook brown rice as per packaging instructions
  2. Cook the Big Al’s Hot N Spicy Chicken Fillet as follows: Deep Fry at 180° for 6.5 – 7.5mins.  or Oven Cook at 190° for 20 – 22 mins.
  3. Slice up your chicken fillet and place on top of the rice.
  4. Add your bold rainbow slaw. How to: slice carrot, cabbage and beetroot. Combine with a 2:1 ratio of mayonnaise and mustard.
  5. Add a drizzle of garlic dressing and chili oil.
