Made from 100% juicy, tender chicken breast wrapped in a hot n’ spicy coating. The beauty of Big Al’s Kickin Tenders is the versatility of the serve. Dress them up in a Brioche Bun, or serve them as a tasty side with delicious dips.

COOKING TIME:
Oven: 15-18 mins. Deep Fry: 4-6 mins.
Oven:
Pre-heat oven to 190°C/375°F on dry heat setting. Place Big Al’s Kickin’ Tenders on a
baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 15-18 mins. Cook product to a core
temperature of 75°C.
Deep Fryer:
Pre-heat oil to 180°C/355°F. Place Big Al’s Kickin’ Tenders carefully into the oil
and cook for 4-6 minutes. Drain and serve. Cook product to a core temperature of 75°C.
