Big Al’s Deli Range Hot ‘N Spicy Chicken Fillets
- Brown Rice
- Rainbow Slaw
- Fresh Chilli
- Garlic Dressing
what to do
- Cook brown rice as per packaging instructions
- Cook the Big Al’s Hot N Spicy Chicken Fillet as follows: Deep Fry at 180° for 6.5 – 7.5mins. or Oven Cook at 190° for 20 – 22 mins.
- Slice up your chicken fillet and place on top of the rice.
- Add your bold rainbow slaw. How to: slice carrot, cabbage and beetroot. Combine with a 2:1 ratio of mayonnaise and mustard.
- Add a drizzle of garlic dressing and chili oil.
