4-5 Big Al's Chilli Tortilla Chicken Thigh Bites
- 1 Demi-Baguette
- 30g Chipotle Mayo
- 20g Shredded Lettuce
what to do
Method
- Cook bites as per packaging instructions
- Slice roll length-ways most of the way through
- Spread half of the chipotle mayo evenly on the roll
- Add the lettuce across the roll
- Put the bites in the roll and drizzle the remaining mayo over the top
