Spicy Chicken Goujon Ciabatta
For a lunch time favourite, just add Big Al’s Breaded Chicken Goujons to the Deli Delicious Seeded ciabatta with some spice, add hot sauce, sliced peppers and jalapenos then a layer of cool mayo.

Deli Delicious Seeded Ciabatta
- Frank's Hot Sauce
- Mayonnaise
- Jalapeno peppers
- Baby Gem lettuce
what to do
- Warm the ciabatta bread on the griddle.
- Mix franks hot sauce and mayonnaise together and apply to ciabatta.
- Cook the Goujons in a pan or oven as per instructions on the pack.
- Place 3 chicken goujons in the ciabatta.
- Slice the jalapeno peppers and add to the chicken.
- Lastly, top with fresh baby gem lettuce
