Big Chicken Co. Steamed Chicken Fillets
Deli Delicious 10″ Ambient Tortilla Wrap
Mixed leaves
Red cabbage and carrot coleslaw
Spring onion
Peri-peri sauce

what to do

Heat the Deli Delicious 10″ Ambient Tortilla the wrap.
Mix Piri Piri Sauce & mayo to a ratio of 1 : 3, Piri Piri : mayo.
Spread a generous layer of Piri Piri mayo to the lightly toasted.
Chicken is ready to serve: Please the Big Chicken Co. Steamed Chicken Fillets in a sealed bag in a chill (0°C-4°C) over 12 hours. Once defrosted keep chilled and use within 48 hours.
Slice chicken & add to the wrap.
Add finely sliced red cabbage and carrot coleslaw.
Top with crisp fresh mixed leaves.
