  1. Toast the breakfast muffin and layer with tomato chutney and sliced pepper jack cheese.
  2. Cook as per cooking instructions below
  3. Place the cheese on the sausage patty.
  4. Add another layer of toasted muffin and repeat the previous steps.
  5. Top with streaky bacon, fried egg and hot sauce.

Cooking Instructions:


  1. Remove all packaging. Heat one portion at a time.
  2. Place product on a non-metallic plate and cover with cling film with the following timings
    • 1000W – 1 min 20 seconds
    • 1900W – 35 seconds
  3. Allow to stand for 30 seconds before serving.


  • Preheat the combi oven to 200°C/400°F.
  • Place product on a baking tray and cook for 6-8 minutes.

Serving suggestion: Serve with a hashbrown on the side and sauce for dipping.
