Big Al’s Pulled Pork 1kg pouches are cooked sous-vide over 6-7 hours ensuring a tender, succulent finish that pulls apart beautifully. Versatile enough to work across a range of dishes including tacos, sandwiches, and loaded sides.
Defrost Instructions: Defrost in a refrigerator overnight and keep refrigerated until use. Use within 3 days of defrost. Once opened, use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
From Defrost only:
Place 100g of Pulled Beef on a non-metallic plate and cook on full power as follows –
• 1000W Microwave: Microwave on full power for 1 min.
• 1900W Microwave: Microwave on full power for 45 seconds.
