Big Al’s Gourmet Hot Dogs are all about the upgrade. The pork is 100% Irish and the meat content is a lip-smacking 87%. Crafted using a natural casing to deliver a real meaty bite, a true sign of hot dog quality.
Each hot dog has been carefully cooked and Beechwood smoked for one and a half hours giving it a delicious, smoked flavour that tastes and smells irresistible. Serve up in the branded packaging included in the case, for customers to eat on the go.
Instructions for Use / Cooking Guidelines:
The following are a guideline only. Adjust times to suit your appliance. Remove all packaging
TO BOIL: Bring a pan of water to the boil, add the hotdog and cook for 8-10 minutes. Drain & Serve
TO MICROWAVE: Place the hotdog onto a microwavable plate and heat on full power for specified time. 1900W – 60 seconds. 1000W – 1 min 30 seconds.
TO OVEN COOK: Pre-heat oven to 180°C/356°F. Place hotdog on an ovenproof tray and heat for 15 minutes turning regularly to allow an even cook.
