Jalapeno Popper Burger

A finger lickinly poppin' combo of our delicious Big Al's Jalapeno beef burger with soft cream cheese and rocket

what to do

  1. Warm the brioche bun on the griddle.
  2. Place the rocket on the brioche bun.
  3. Cook as follows: Place the burger on a preheated hotplate/skillet cook for 3-5 mins on the first side, then 3 mins on the second side OR until a core temperature of 75°C is reached.
  4. Place Prime Burger onto bun.
  5. Top with cream cheese.
  6. Add the sliced jalapenos.
