Method 

  1. Cook the Big Al’s burger patty as per the cooking instructions.
  2. Lightly toast the bun on the hotplate.
  3. Spead mayonnaise on the bottom bun.
  4. Add crisp lettuce.
  5. Place the burger on the lettuce and melt the American cheese on top.
  6. Spread ketchup over the cheese.
  7. Add onions and top bun to finish.
