Big Al’s Karaage Chicken Bites
- 1 Sub Roll/Baguette
- 30g Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
- 4-6 Tomato Slices
- 6 Sliced Ghirkins
- 20g Burger Sauce
- 5-10g Hot Sauce
what to do
- Cook the Big Al’s Karaage Chicken according to packaging instructions
- Drain well and rest on kitchen paper.
- Butter the roll and toast until golden brown.
- Spread both sides with burger sauce, add the slices of tomato (don’t forget to season!!)
- Add the shredded iceberg and the pickles
- Add 6-8 pieces of Big Al’s Karaage Chicken.
