Big Al’s Lightly Dusted Chicken Wings with a super crisp coating, tossed in a hot sauce then sprinkled with chillies for extra heat

Big Al’s Lightly Dusted Chicken Wings
Sliced chillis
Hot sauce

what to do

Cook as follows: Deep Fry the wings at 180° for 3-4 mins. Oven Cook the wings at 200° for 16-18 mins.
Toss in hot sauce.
Chop chilies and and sprinkle on top.
