what you'll need

Big Al’s Flame Cooked 6oz Beef Burger
Deli Delicious Brioche Bun
10g shredded lettuce
20g garlic mayo
2 slices mozzarella cheese
2 slices smoked streaky bacon

what to do

Cook Patty as per packaging.
To make bacon cook in oven at 180C for 15 minutes turning halfway through.
Toast bun spread mayo evenly on both sides.
Place lettuce on the bottom bun.
Add the bacon to the patty and place on the lettuce.
Place the mozzarella on the bacon and finish with the top bun.

10g sliced sundried tomatoes
20g mayo
2 slices mozzarella
2 slices smoked streaky bacon

what to do

Cook patty as per packaging.
To make bacon, cook in oven at 180C for 15 minutes turning halfway through.

Place sliced sundried tomato and then rocket on the bottom bun.
Place the mozzarella, then the bacon on the patty and place on the rocket.
Place top bun on to finish.

20g sundried tomatoes mayo
10g shaved parmesan
2 slices mozzarella
2 slices smoked streaky bacon

what to do

Cook patty as per packaging.
For the mayo, chop 100g of sundried tomatoes finely and mix with 250g mayonnaise.
To make bacon, cook in oven at 180C for 15 minutes turning halfway through.
Toast bun, spread mayo evenly on both sides.
Place rocket on the bottom bun.
Place the patty on the rocket and top with the bacon.
Place the mozzarella then the parmesan on the bacon, and finish with the top bun.
