Bring classic smash burger style to your menu with Big Al’s Smash Burger. Crafted from 100% Irish beef that is grass fed and fully traceable, our 3oz (85g) pre-smashed patty is designed specifically for hot plate cooking.
Perforated to allow heat to penetrate evenly and to support further pressing, it accelerates cook time while maximising caramelisation. When pressed onto the hot plate, it develops a rich, savoury crust with a juicy centre delivering bold flavour without slowing service.
Supplied cook-from-frozen for consistency and control, it brings true smash-style performance to a wide range of burger builds.
Hot plate
Cook from frozen. Cook on a lightly oiled preheated hotplate at 190°C. Place patty on the hotplate flip at 1 min, then flip and press down with a weight at 2, 3 and 4 min, continuing every 30 sec until done.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout, juices run clear and no pink meat remains, before serving.
