Oven: 180 °C
From Frozen: Remove all packaging. Empty the contents of the pouches into an oven proof dish and cover with foil. Cook for 50 minutes with foil and then turn the shank and cook more 5 minutes without foil. Stir the gravy halfway through cooking.
From Defrosted: Remove all packaging. Empty the contents of the pouches into an oven proof dish and cover with foil. Cook for 35 minutes with foil and then turn the shank and cook more 5 minutes without foil. Stir the gravy halfway through cooking.
Microwave 1900 W:
From Frozen: Remove from outer packaging, pierce pouch several times.
Place on a microwaveable dish.
Heat for 5 minutes, carefully shake pouch and stand for 2 minutes, heat for a further 2 minutes and shake pouch gently before serving.
From Defrosted: Remove from outer packaging, pierce the pouch several times.
Place on a microwaveable dish.
Heat for 4 minutes, carefully shake the pouch gently before serving.
