Classic Kebab burger

Classic with a twist – kebab meets burger for a flavour-packed bite your customers will crave.

what you'll need

100g Big Al’s Beef and Lamb Kebab Slices
2 deli pickles
10g shredded iceberg lettuce
20g burger sauce
2 slices of tomatoes
1 seeded brioche bun

what to do

Method

Cook meat as per pack
Lightly toast inside of the bun
On the buns spread the sauce
On the base place the pickles, lettuce then tomatoes
Top the kebab meat and close the bun
