Big Al’s Battered Chicken Fillets are legendary.
They are the hero of the Chicken Fillet Roll, the star of the Chicken Burger and the king of satisfying Salads. That’s because Big Al’s Breaded Chicken Fillets are made using the finest of ingredients. Every fillet starts with 100% chicken breast to ensure they are moist and tender.
Preheat oil to 180°C/350°F. Place Big Al’s Fast Fry Breaded Chicken Fillet carefully into the oil and cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Drain and serve.
Ensure product is piping hot before serving
Preheat oven to 190°C. Place Big Al’s Breaded Chicken Fillet on a tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Turn half way.
