Bring global flavours to your menu with our pre-cooked Beef & Lamb Kebab, seasoned with a blend of herbs and spices for authentic taste. Halal certified and produced in Europe, this high-meat-content kebab (48% beef, 48% lamb) is pre-sliced for speed and consistency. Perfect for kebabs, gyros, wraps, or loaded dishes – a versatile option that delivers on quality and convenience every time.
Combioven
Pre-heat oven to 200℃. Remove kebab slices from the packaging. Spread out the kebab slices into an even, flat layer onto a metal tray. Cook for 6-7 minutes, ensure that the meat is cooked to 75℃.
Microwave (1900W)
Place the kebab slices on a microwave safe plate. Spread the slices out into an even and flat layer. Heat for 20 seconds. Mix the kebab slices and heat once more for 20 seconds. Ensure that the meat is cooked to 75℃.
Hot plate
Cook kebab slices at 200℃, for 5-6 minutes mixing frequently. Ensure that the meat is cooked to 75℃.
Merrychef
Pre-heat Merrychef to the desired temperature. Remove the kebab from the packaging. Place the kebab in a flat and even layer in the middle of the tray. Close Merrychef door and press the required cook program. Check food is piping hot before serving.
