Big Al’s Seasoned Kwicky Kebab Slices are made with a mix of quality lamb and beef and are seasoned to perfection to deliver delicious flavour. The slices are consistent in size for efficient portion control and cook in just minutes delivering a great serve every time.
Cooking Time + Instructions
For best results cook from frozen. Appliances may vary, the following are guidelines only.

Hot Plate: Place product onto a pre-heated hotplate at 188°C for 1 ½ minutes. Turn product over and cook for a further 1 ½ minutes. Rest for 1 minute and serve.

Cook product to a core temperature of 75°C

Do not reheat. Do not re-freeze once thawed.
