We’re excited to be exhibiting this month at lunch!, the UK’s only dedicated trade show for the food-to-go sector. On the 21st and 22nd September, we will be one of the 350 exhibitors in ExCel, London – the new home of lunch! – and we can’t wait!
On stand K39 at the show, we will be unveiling our new Big Al’s Prime Burger. Created to meet consumer desire for a more premium burger within the QSR market, the Prime Burger is juicy and full of flavour and delivers a premium taste and flavour experience. A new venture for Big Al’s, the Prime Burger is our first raw product and made with 100% grass–fed chuck and brisket beef, fully traceable from farm to fork and can be cooked from frozen in six minutes. The named cuts of meat place the Prime Burger as a quality product and its pre-packaged foil wrapping also makes it appropriate to serve on-the-go.
This new product proposition will enable our customers to be first to market with a truly unique menu item – not only will they be serving a premium taste product, but also Big Al’s heritage offers customers traceability back to its Origin Green approved Kepak-Farm.
At lunch! you will be able to see the theory behind the Prime Burger come to life and put into practice. We will be demonstrating its taste, cooking speed and carefully designed packaging, showing how the whole proposition is perfect for QSRs looking to premiumise their offering.
We are also entering the Prime Burger into the Innovation Challenge Awards at lunch! this year, which showcases the most innovative products in the food-to-go sector this. Make sure to cast your vote for us in the Innovation Challenge Awards while at lunch!
In addition to the Prime Burger, other products from the range will be available on the stand and the Big Al’s team will be on hand to offer inspiration and best-practice advice to help operators expand and develop existing quick service food offerings.
