Combi-oven:
Pre-heat oven to 200°C. Spread the beef slices in a single, flat layer on a baking tray, and cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Hot plate:
Heat a flat top to 190°C with a small amount of oil, add the beef slices and cook for 4 minutes. Stir frequently to ensure even cooking.

Pre-heat Merrychef to the desired temperature. Remove the beef from the packaging. Place 100g of beef slices in a flat and even layer in the middle of the tray. Close the Merrychef door and press the required cook program
