Big Al’s Giveaway Competition — Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter is Kepak Foodservice, a trading name of Kepak Convenience Foods, whose registered office is at Unit 3, Block 10, Blanchardstown Corporate Park, Dublin 15, D15 K2DW, Ireland (‘the Promoter’).

2. Competition Overview
The promotion (‘the Competition’) gives eligible foodservice businesses the chance to win 1 of 4 professional electric griddles (‘the Prize’). Entry requires submission of a valid online form and agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Competition Period
The Competition opens at 09:00 on 4 February 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 4 March 2026 (‘the Competition Period’). Entries received outside this window will not be accepted.

4. Eligibility
The Competition is open to legally operating foodservice businesses located in Scotland and England only. Entries must be submitted by an authorised representative of the business. Employees of Kepak, Henry Colbeck’s, subsidiaries or agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible. Proof of business registration or authorisation may be required.

5. How to Enter
Eligible businesses must complete the official online entry form on the Kepak Foodservice website. All mandatory fields must be completed accurately. Only one entry per business. No purchase is necessary. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, incomplete, or delayed entries. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.

6. The Prize
There are four electric griddles to be won. Each winning business receives one griddle. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available. If the Prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with an item of equal or greater value. Prize fulfilment is subject to verification.

7. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries. Winners will be notified using the contact information provided. If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days, the Promoter may re-award the Prize. Henry Colbeck’s will be notified of all winners before public announcement.

8. Publicity
By entering, winners agree that their business name and location may be used by the Promoter for publicity purposes unless prohibited by law.

9. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Kepak Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. Data will be used for administering the Competition and, where consent is given, marketing communications. Entrants may exercise their data rights at any time by contacting the Promoter’s Data Protection Officer.

10. Liability
Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury arising from participation or prize acceptance. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for negligence causing death or personal injury.

11. General
The Promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel the Competition where necessary. Entries that do not comply with these Terms may be disqualified. These Terms are governed by the laws of England, Wales, and Scotland, and participants submit to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
