  1. Toast the brioche bun on the griddle and layer the bun with mayonnaise and a bed of lettuce.
  2. Cook the Big Al’s Fully Cooked Burger using the cooking instructions below.
  3. Once cooked, melt the American cheese slice on the patty and then place it on the lettuce.
  4. Load with Big Al’s BBQ Pulled Pork and fried onions. Add pickles and BBQ sauce.
  5. Finish with the burger lid on top of the stack.

Cooking Instructions


  • Remove from packaging.
  • Place the burger on a non-metallic plate, cover with microwavable cling film.
  • Timings 1000W – 1 min 50 secs/ 1900W – 1 min 10 secs
  • Allow to stand for 30 seconds.

Combi Oven:

  • Pre-heat combi-oven to 200°C, 400°F.
  • Place product on a baking tray and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Turn half way through cooking.
  • Allow to stand for 30 seconds.
