For a 150g serving of wings, 25g of sauce and 10g of seasoning is recommended, or apply to taste.

  1. Cook the wings as per instructions on pack. For best results use the fryer. Ensure core temp is above 72°C.
  2. For each sauce/seasoning variant, place a number of cooked wings in different bowls and apply the required amount of sauce/seasoning
  3. Toss the wings in the sauce/seasoning until well coated and evenly covered
  4. Serve with additional sauce/seasoning if required
