Popular hot food snack Big Al’s Flame Cooked Range is celebrating after signing a contract with catering giants Brakes.
Brakes, trusted by caterers all over the UK, will now list the Big Al’s 4oz and 6oz Flame Cooked burgers.
The Big Al’s Flame Cooked Range has become one of the success stories of the foodservice industry in the past few years with businesses boosting profitability massively because of the demand and repeat business triggered by the microwaveable burgers, which take less than two minutes to prepare and serve.
Big Al’s UK Foodservice is part of the Kepak Group, one of Europe’s leading meat processing companies. Kepak Foodservice’s Business Development Manager, Aoife Kenny, commented: “We are delighted to have agreed the listing with Brakes.
“Big Al’s range is frozen so there is no food waste and unlike many frozen pre-cooked meat products, Big Al’s offers a flame-cooked taste and appearance as if cooked from raw.
