- Lightly toast the Deli Delicious Brioche Bun.
- Layer the mayo.
- Add the mixed leaves.
- Cook as follows: Place the Big Al’s Moo-shroom Burger on a preheated hotplate/skillet cook for 7.5-8.5 mins OR until a core temperature of 75°C is reached.
- Place burger on bun.
- Top with melted gouda,
- Add grilled mushrooms.
- Finish the build off with crispy onions.
